How do we determine which articles to include?

Each month, the editors review more than 100 journals. We identify all of the articles that qualify as POEMs, as well as any important POEs (articles that may not change what we do, but provide solid evidence to confirm an important existing practice) and Dangerous DOEs (articles that use intermediate outcomes, represent "Disease-Oriented Evidence," and shouldn't change practice yet).
